Wellspring was built on a simple idea: shippers deserve a forwarder that treats documentation, communication and deadlines as seriously as the cargo itself.
Our story
Wellspring Global Forwarding Limited was founded in Dhaka in 2024, out of a straightforward frustration shared by exporters and importers across Bangladesh: too many shipments lost days not to distance, but to paperwork stuck on someone's desk and no one answering the phone in the meantime.
The founders set out to build a forwarder that closes that gap — keeping customs and documentation in-house, giving every shipment a single accountable coordinator, and being reachable and honest when a lane gets difficult rather than going quiet.
That is still the operating principle today: fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and a standard of follow-through that shippers can plan around.
